1. What this site is
pixelquestia.com ("Pixelquest") is an informational, editorial site: each month it publishes a set of free pixel-art mobile games available on Google Play, with cards and ratings. The ratings are the crew's opinion, formed by playing the games, and are not a guarantee about their operation, content or future availability. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Advertising note
The site is free to read and is funded by advertising:
- we host paid promotion of games with links to their Google Play page;
- we earn from ad monetization of the Play4Free titles we recommend: free games that earn from built-in advertising;
- some links in the cards may therefore be advertising, and when they are, the card says so.
Advertising pays the site's costs, not the scores: a purchased slot buys a game visibility, never half a point. If a promoted title does not convince us, we say so anyway.
3. No affiliation
Pixelquest is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized or endorsed by Google LLC or by the developers of the games mentioned. "Google Play" and its logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Game and studio names are cited for descriptive, informational purposes.
4. Intellectual property
Icons, screenshots, names and trademarks of the games belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration within editorial content. The site's text, selection, layout and design belong to Pixelquest: you may cite them with a link to the source, but not reproduce them in full without our written consent. If you own a right and believe a piece of content should be removed, write to [email protected] and we will act quickly.
5. External links
The cards link to Google Play and sometimes to developers' sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for their terms of use or for how they process data: before downloading a game, read the information on its page.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". The data (ratings, amount of advertising, availability) is accurate as of the review date and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Pixelquest is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from installing a reviewed game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law grants and does not allow to be waived.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, do not harvest its content in an automated way to republish it elsewhere, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your province of residence.
