Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser: they make pages work, remember your choices and, in some cases, measure visits or serve advertising. We also use equivalent technologies such as the browser's local storage (localStorage).

2. Categories we use

Essential

No consent required: they remember your banner choice, keep the session and protect the server from abuse. The banner choice is stored in your browser's localStorage and stays until you clear it. Lifetime: from session up to 12 months.

Analytics

They tell us how many people read a page and where they come from, in aggregate: they help us see which reviews are useful. On only with your consent. Lifetime: up to 13 months; derived statistics are kept in aggregated form up to 26 months.

Advertising / Marketing

They let ad networks show ads, cap their frequency and measure performance, including through advertising identifiers. This category also covers OneSignal, which handles subscriptions and push notifications on our behalf: if you enable alerts, it stores a subscription identifier in your browser needed to deliver them. On only with your consent (for notifications, the browser's explicit permission is also required). Lifetime: up to 13 months, unless a provider states otherwise. Details of the data processed are in the privacy notice.

3. Your consent

On your first visit the banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, only the essential ones stay on. To change your mind, clear the site's cookies and data from your browser and the banner will reappear on your next visit.

4. How to turn them off

For push alerts: the lock icon next to the address → Notifications → Block.

Turning off essential cookies may make parts of the site unusable.
